The main purpose of our Parish is to unite the romanians living in the Midlands and not only around the Church. By the grace of God we have found a place for worship, where the services are going to be held in Romanian and English.
Among the activities we plan to have, me mention:
- Divine services: Divine Liturgy, Confession, Annointment, Weddings, Baptisms, Blessings, Memorials
- Strenghtening of the Romanian community in the East Midlands ( we actively collaborate with the Romanian Society within the University of Nottingham )
- Organization of meetings, cultural events and ceremonies
- Facilitating the integration of the romanians within the British society.( Consultance for obtaining the necessary documents, awareness of rights/obligations, personal development)
- Promoting Romanian culture abroad
- Organize a Sunday school
